About Us

We are two brothers born in Alicante who have returned to their homeland, joining each other for first time to carry out a gastronomic project and collaborate by reinforcing the prestigious gastronomy of Alicante.
Bernabé Luján: He completed his studies at the cooking school of Luis Irizar (San Sebastián) and he has been formed at prestigious restaurants: Arzak, Pepe Solla and El Celler de Can Roca among others. After that, he has worked as a main chef in various restaurants such as Mercatbar which is managed by Quique Dacosta (Valencia) and the Yatch club of Moraira.
Adrián Luján: He has completed his studies in the Basque Country, at Artxanda School where he accomplished both degrees: Management and International Sommelier. He homologated his studies at Coventry University (UK), where he also studied a bachelor´s degree in International Hospitality.

After having acquired professional experience in Ireland and France where he worked in L’Atelier de Joël Robuchön in Paris, he came back to Spain in order to work in Zortziko and he also worked as a room manager at some restaurants that belongs to “Los hermanos Adrià” such as Tickets, Niño Viejo y Hoja Santa. Adrian speaks fluent English and French.
