Adrián Luján: He has completed his studies in the Basque Country, at Artxanda School where
he accomplished both degrees: Management and International Sommelier. He homologated
his studies at Coventry University (UK), where he also studied a bachelor´s degree in
International Hospitality.
After having acquired professional experience in Ireland and France where he worked in
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchön in Paris, he came back to Spain in order to work in Zortziko and he
also worked as a room manager at some restaurants that belongs to “Los hermanos Adrià”
such as Tickets, Niño Viejo y Hoja Santa. Adrian speaks fluent English and French.
